Below is a copy of the phone features page located on all Allworx servers at their respective addresses.  Just click on the “Phone Features” link.  If the Allworx Private IP is 192.168.2.254 go to your browser and enter in http://192.168.2.254 and then click on the link to see the below list.

Dial (or transfer) from any system phone. This will exercise the call route of extension '0'.

Dial (or transfer) from any system phone. This will exercise the currently active call route for that user (i.e. "My Call Route").

Initiate a call to the resource at ext. 2##.

Dial (or transfer) from any system phone. This will exercise the call route assigned to extension 2##. Routes must be configured by the system administrator.

Leave user at 1## (2##) a voice mail message

Dial (or transfer) form any system phone. Note that 32## only succeeds if extension 2## routes to a user's voicemail.

Business Speed Dial numbers

Dial (or transfer) from any system phone. The system administrator must preprogram these numbers into the system. See the "business directory" for a listing of programmed speed dial numbers.

Dial (or transfer) from any system phone.

Dial directly from a system phone. The audio will be broadcast through the Allworx "Line Out" jack (requires external speakers).

Dial directly from a system phone. The phone will not ring again until dialing 421.

Cancel Call Forwarding

Dial directly from a system phone.

Dial directly from a system phone. Future calls to the phone will now be forwarded to extension 1## (2##). Dial 450 to disable call forwarding.

Dial directly from a system phone, or from the Auto Attendant main menu.

Park a Call

Transfer the call to extension 700 to park it. The auto-attendant will announce the extension for retrieval (701-709). Parked callers will hear hold music (if configured). Unretrieved calls will be transferred to the Auto Attendant after 10 minutes.

Dial directly from a system phone to retrieve a parked call. A fast-busy signal indicates that no call is parked at the dialed extension (701-709).

NOTE: Allworx 9102/9112 (Key System Mode) phones retrieve the parked call by selecting the line that was parked.

Dial directly from a system phone to answer a call currently ringing extension 1## (2##).

Audited outside line access

Dial directly from a system phone to sieze an available outside line.

Outside line access

Dial directly from a system phone to sieze an available outside line. This may be disabled by the system administrator per phone (phone then requires 8 + pincode).
